I've spent the last 13 years helping equestrians and their horses reach new levels of confidence, connection, and performance; from riders rebuilding trust after accidents to professionals competing up to the Olympic level.
I'm a certified riding instructor, equine osteopath and physiotherapist, hypnotist and hypnosis instructor, mental performance coach, and equine assisted mental health practitioner.
I'm a licensed mental health professional in Germany, but not in the State of Texas.
Originally from Germany, with some important years of my childhood in Texas (yep, I've got that Southern charm and the German discipline!), I've made it my mission to help equestrians conquer their mental hurdles and reach new heights in their careers. I've been a horse girl all my life and riding has been my biggest passion.
Now based in Texas, I continue to coach riders worldwide through my method Equihypnose® / Equihypnosis, which blends neuroscience, hypno- and traumatherapeutic interventions, classical principles, biomechanical methods and a deep understanding of both horse and human.
My Roots and Riding Background
I've been a horsewoman all my life, with experience in several disciplines, dressage, jumping, ranch riding, reining and riding icelandic horses, though my heart now belongs to classical and baroque dressage.
Over the years, I've learned that true harmony isn't about perfection or obedience, it's about communication, body awareness, and emotional regulation - in both species. I like methods that are rooted in science and training that's based on learning theory, and implements positive reinforcement.
"Lightness begins in the mind, balance follows in the body, and connection completes the circle."
How It All Began
My journey into this field wasn't exactly straightforwardt. After working as a VP at Hannover Re, where I managed reinsurance programs in the US market, I realized I wanted to help people and horses unlock their potential.
