You’re navigating perimenopause or menopause.
Your body is changing. Your energy is shifting.
And deep down, you're craving space to pause, reflect — and step into the next chapter of your life with clarity and strength.
This retreat is for you if you're ready to:
Release what no longer serves
Reconnect with your body and inner wisdom
Embrace the next phase of life with confidence and grace
Be supported by a small, like-hearted group of women in a safe, nurturing space
This day-long retreat is an invitation to let go of what’s holding you back — and create space to welcome what’s next. Through equine-assisted self-discovery, somatic practices, guided meditation, and grounded ritual, you’ll be gently guided to:
Reclaim trust in your body
Clarify your inner vision and value
Find renewal in a circle of supportive women
Step into your next season — rooted, resourced, and rising
Together, we’ll honor this meaningful transition, not as an end — but as a new beginning.
